Denise grew up in a large family in the Priest Lake area of Nashville. A lifetime resident of Middle Tennessee, Denise is a graduate of McGavock High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Business and Marketing.

She began her career as a mortgage lending officer with a local bank working with agents, buyers, sellers and builders. In 1987 she moved into real estate sales, taking a position with one of Middle Tennessees' largest homebuilders, Fox Ridge Homes. Denise consistently ranked as one of the top sales agents with Fox Ridge.

Denise has 11 years on-site sales experience for builders both speculative and custom builders. Denise earned the Circle of Excellence Award for volume of sales from the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, a Lifetime Member of Awards of Excellence for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She is a designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Certified New Homes Professional (CSP). She is a member of the Womens Council of Realtors, Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.

Denise lives in Franklin Tennessee with her husband Steve, their children Laine and Stephen, and their dog Max. My personal interests/hobbies include my children, riding my bike, cooking and entertaining, and travel.
